Food beginning with "CH"

My son has always had a thing about chicken and chips. In fact, it has been a family joke that he never eats anything that doesn't begin with "CH".

He will soon be 30 and, for his birthday, we are going to do a barbeque featuring 30 foods that being with "CH". We have been through the usual, such as chorizo, chops, cherries, chestnuts but wonder if anyone can suggest anything which may come within this category, trade names, salad, veg or anything. Over to you clever people.
