Frost Free Freezer - any recommendations please?

Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of buying an upright frost free freezer. Does anyone have any recommendations or brands to avoid. I know you'll say how much do you want to spend .. so I would say I'm currently looking up to mid price range such as Bosch, although sometimes you can stumble upon a decent offer with higher price brands such as Miele. Any advice gratefully received.

Definitely don't buy Servis. Terrible after sales and a 5 week wait for a tiny part. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I have a wonderful Hotpoint Future frost free, best freezer I've ever had. It's got lovely deep drawers so it's very easy to have a drawer each for different things. I got it from Comet Clearance website- a bit like Ebay as you make bids, pay a nominal amount for delivery. Most of the items are slightly damaged but a full description of damage is given. Mine has 2 small dents on the side and as I paid �160. less than shop price I really don't mind!
I have 2 other freezers, a Smeg and a Bosch but the Hotpoint ios the best.

i would not go anywhere near a hotpoint, we had the engineer out 5 times in 12m months to our frost free. in the end he had to admit hotpoint are crap! he 'wrote it off', and advised us to get a leibhur, its been fantastic.

Hotpoint's whatever some say are great value . I've bought both an extra tall freezer and it's brother fridge freezer and they both function realy well. I got mine from Argos web site where they have some amazing offers.

My hotpoint frost free fridge freezer is coming up to four years old, never had a problem with it and never had to clear ice out of it. And lovely deep drawers like the other poster said! Think it was around the �400 mark from comet
