Hi I've often wondered how these critics manage to eat so much food in one sitting? For example last week on Masterchef they had 4 people cooking 2 courses each - ok some of the food wasn't too popular but I've seen them clear an awful lot of plates!! Similarly on Great British Menu (couple of years ago) they had 2 chefs putting up a four course menu each! How is Prue Leith not the size of a house after a series of that??? Cheers

I would assume they only take a mouthful of each course.....and hopefully it is a replacement for a 'normal' meal!
But let's face it-Greg Wallace and John Torrode on Masterchef are not exactly skinny minis!!!
They only try a small amount of each, but i have often thought that the last persons food to be tasted was at a disadvantage, things always taste better the hungrier you are :-)
