can you freeze bell peppers?

I asked my granddaughter to get me a packet of bell peppers from netto they have always been in threes but this moron who runs this store has changed policy and they now come in bags of twenty.

As if anyone is going to want twenty peppers ******* half wit store

They freeze really well, but chop or slice them first and put them in individual bags to use them as you need them.

Heath do you blanch them first?
Don't blanch them, stick them in the freezer raw and they'll be fine. If you just slice them, and later defrost them at room temperature, you can use them in salads. You wouldn't want them blanched for that.
I have frozen them sliced and unblanched (in plastic bags) for around 9-10 months, so they keep really well.
