And Happy New Year to you. We brought in New Year at a Charity Dance, lots of 'hooching' then we went First Footing friends. Sadly did not see any Black bun or Clootie Dumpling this year. Prefer the dumpling myself but not successful at making it. Which side of the border do you live on? Marybank.

I'm English, Mary, but for some strange reason we always had the Sunday Post and every year I had a Broons or Oor Wullie, even as an adult. :)

Lots of holidays in Scotland, too - we had Scottish relatives in a complicated way. Happy days
