if it's not a huge amount, into a bowl, mix with hot water and a decent quaintly of detergent so it goes all creamy and the consistency of water and then down the sink.

That's a good idea, I didn't think of that.

If I don't have a recently empty milk carton to hand I let it set then sccop it out with a spoon into the bin but your idea is quicker.

as long as it's mixed well with detergent of some sort before going down the sink it won't cause a problem with the drains.

Well, with my sister in law in early throws of labour, I'm staying away from alcohol. I'd hate to be stuck here, away from seeing my new nephew just because I've had a drink.

My day was OK, nothing too exciting. The TV is dire so I'm at a loss!
