Hi, I was wondering if somebody could give me advice. I eat very healthily yet I get ill very easily and I am always very tired.
My diet consists of; cereals (Oatibix or Special K), lots of leafy salad and fruit (mostly apples, bananas and berries), seafood, tuna, olives, sundried tomatos, nuts, natural Greek yoghurt, dark chocolate and falafal mainly.
What am I lacking: what else do I actually 'need' to eat? Thanks

Maybe it's nothing to do with your diet and you have some kind of condition. You should ask your doctors to send you for some blood tests, maybe you have a Thyroid problem or Anaemia.

Have you also tried Echinacea supplements? It helps to boost the immune system.
Meat seems to be missing from your diet. Are you a vegetarian? If so, you could be missing out on iron, be slightly anaemic and thus tired.
There's also a much wider range of fruit you could be having - no citrus fruits in your list - and what about vegetables - different ones have different vitamins etc.
