If you don't care for tea, you could at least make polite conversation!
How many calories are there in a mug of tea with milk but no sugar please? Also, is there a limit of how much tea you should drink a day?

it depends how much milk you put in, tea has negligable so the calorie count is made up of the milk added, so try to work out how much and look at the calorie count of milk per 100ml (obvioisly this is affected by which type of milk skimmed milk has the least calories, whole milk the most) then divide it by the amount of milk you usually use (half for 50ml,etc) you will need a measuring jug which measures small amounts. i don't think there is particulary strong guidance for how many cups you should limit yourself to on health grounds, but i do know you are not recommeded to have more than 3 or 4 cups of earl grey daily. some diet plans give you a daily milk allowance for use in tea and cereal etc this is usally about half a pint of semi-skimmed or skimmed.
your not liking the caffeine - some people are really sensitive to it - if you like to drink lots of tea look out for "red bush" tea - used to be the preserve of the health food shops but you can get it in tescos now i believe - it tastes and looks like normal tea but has no caffeine in it - so go crazy pigface and have that 3rd cup (",)
