What sort of dishes would you expect to see on the menu of an upmarket traditional French restaurant, or even better if anyone has eaten at Gaby's in Sofitel New York could they recall some of the dishes?

I have not been to Gabys, but I would expect to see
Boeuf Bourguignon
Crepes Suzette
Moules
Frogs legs
Coq au Vin
Snails (yum)
Boullaibaise

Please forgive spelling.
Here's the actual menu du jour:

Feliz Navidad. Chris!
By the way, here's a menu from a more typically French restaurant in midtown Manhattan... Good food and not terribly expensive (especially with the exchange rate with the British Pound)
