Can anyone advise whether it is safe to re-heat pork once it has been cooked?
Thanks.

So long as you refrigerate it asap and heat it thoroughly it will be ok. We regulaly make a pork roast that lasts two days, and reheat it the second day
I freeze roast pork in gravy and reheat thoroughly after thawing. This means I do not have the same meal for two consecutive days without wasting the food. I have never had any problems.
As long as you only reheat ONCE oyu are fine. This is the same for any meat product.... cook and reheat once only
