A couple of times over the last fortnight, my wife has seen JM going on about 4 or 5 birds stuffed in each other (no rude comments!!). Something like a pigeon in a chicken in a turkey in a goose. She heard it tonight on The One Show on BBC1 and thought he said it was a 'Yorkshire Hog'. I've tried googling and looking on various sites, but can find no trace of it. Anyone got a link to it?

Turducken is the 'common' one - turkey with a duck with a chicken.

De- bone the birds, fill with stuffing so no air spaces and then roast.

Loads of links of the web for info or vuy from a good butcher.
