Can you tell me which fruit is peachy coloured, smallish, comes with brown papery leaves. A bit like the consistency of a grape (ish)? I had them on a dessert yesterday and I always forget what they are called.

Thats the ones! Thank you Paul. I will write it down this time so I dont forget. I do agree though, they are scrumptious!
Brida - you're more than welcome. I'm sur e they're supposed to be an aphrodisiac too [kind of double whammy]
Out of curiosity, shouldn't it be paulz who gets the 3 stars?

If you're a gardener, they're not too difficult to grow - indeed can become almost rampant! They look very pretty left over winter when the lantern bit gently decays and becomes a fine skeletal lattice work around the berry.
is that the same as a cape goosberry????
