:o)
I haven't been to the Manchester one but I think they are pretty much all the same. I really like wagamamas, although I find the drinks can be expensive. I'd say it's more for lunch when you're out than going out for a meal in the evening.
yeah i have been there a few months ago. it was the first time i'd been and i was pooing my pants cos i didn't know how to use chopsticks and there was not one knife and fork in sight lol but i chose a rice dish and it came with a fork yay!! the tables are quite close together but i thought it was ok. have the japanese beer its nice!!
It's very reminiscent of school dining halls I think with the long benches, but as that is how they cut costs (cheap furniture, low cost fresh igredients, etc) you don't tend to mind so much. My friend can use chopsticks and did so with her meal, I had chilli mushroom ramen (********** deliscious - like a noddle soup) and asked for a spoon and they brought me one with a fork. I did feel like a bit of a spanner but it was either ask or end up wearing most of my lunch :-)
Reading the menu is too much of a hassle to actually bother to go in...
