I have some really nice glass jelly molds but haven't yet managed to get the set jelly out of them. Does anyone have a foolproof method of getting the jelly out in none piece?
Thanks.

Although I don't use glass moulds, I believe you should dip the outside of the mould into very hot water for about a minute, this melts the jelly enough for you to tip it out in one piece. good luck.

Thanks TheWinner, I'll give that a try tomorrow.
TheWinner is bang on course but ten seconds would be more than enough to release the jelly from the mould.......Ron.
Hi Ron, Thanks for the correction. I suppose the hotter the water, the less time it takes!
You can also spray the inside of them with cooking/baking spray (like Pam or Baker's Secret) before filling them - that leaves an oily film on the mold and prevents things from sticking to them.

Or if you don't have the spray - you can use some tasteless cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe the inside of the mold with it before use.
