barbecue fish holder

I would like to try and barbecue some trout and wondered where I could buy the fish shaped wire mesh accessory thingy that I've seen in magazines but never actually seen one being used. Or is there another method?

Also don't quote me on this, but if you have gutted the fish properly and sear it first, it will not fall to bits.

awww bless you elephanto, hope you have a great BBQ. I went to one the other day and they served up the most gorgeous BBQ sweet i've ever tasted. Pineapple rings, with brown sugar and fresh mint sprinkled on it- truly lovely.

Dear Boo, sounds absolutely mouth watering and it's good to be different. How did they cook the rings - in aluminium foil wrapped individually? Love to try it - makes a change from bananas or the old favourite toasted marshmallows!! Thanks again.

Yes maybe a the full three is a little too nice but I must admit I think I deserve one or two.

The whole issue puts a very sour taste in my mouth and I feel I have wasted my time!!!

No, they weren't cooked at all- just a fresh pineapple, ice cold. It was really refreshing after the "meat fest" we'd all consumed.
