I wanted to get a water filter machine and saw this; is it a good buy?

if you live in a hard water area it can significantly reduce furring in the kettle, and give you a better cuppa. for drinking water this is a disadvantage if you ask me, cos i was raised on mendip water, which falls from the tap in chunks, and it tastes much better than the soft london rubbish. Its also better for teeth and bones.
Brita filters improve the taste of water in London around 200% and stop it tasting like it cameout of a fish tank!!

I have used a Brita filter for years, as have many of my friends. It makes a huge difference to the taste of the water and my tea.

It's also stopped the limescale on the kettle.

Go and get one!!
