Not sure about Haloumi but Feta and Mozzarella are pretty similar in terms of 'cholesterol per measure' with Feta on average being a measure of 25 and Mozzarella being 22 if made from whole milk. To compare.... the measure for cheddar is 30, low fat cottage cheese is 18, non fat cottage cheese is 10 and ricotta is 125!
