Sun Dried Tomatoes

Does anyone know how to make homemade sun dried tomatoes?

The first site tells you how to dry them in the sun! The second method is oven drying, which may be best judging from the weather at the mo!!

Yes I've done the oven method . Not as hot as it says though.....Just get the oven hot and then down to minimum (50 C ish ) overnight or all day .

Then put in jars of olive oil.....mmmm.
