Homemade Ryvita Goodness Bars?

I love the new Ryvita Goodness Bars but wondered if there is a cheaper way I can make my own version at home. They have loads of nuts, seeds and dried fruit in them but no added sugar. Does anyone have a recipe for a cereal bar with no added fat or sugar (apart from that naturally occuring in fruit) that will stick together and not crumble too much?
