Ho! Ho! Ho!
Foil no contest
Shopper - the night before I need to serve it - I take the frozen turkey - rinse it off and let the water drain out/off it. Totally seal it in heavy duty aluminum foil - turn it breast side down in a big pan. Put it in the oven on low heat (325F) - but it depends on your oven - as I go to bed about 11 or 12. The next morning when you wake up - about 7 or 8 - the whole house smells like turkey and it is a browned, juicy and tender turkey.

thanks for your answers. Im going to cook it today, in foil,
next year try a turkey bag! It seals all the juices in and if you turn the turkey upside down so that it is sitting on its breastbone then it will be so succulent rather than dry as it can sometimes be.
