daughters 18th birthday party

In am catering for my daughters 18th party in December, we are expecting anout 100+ guests, what food shall i serve, i know what things to put on a buffett, but with most of the guests being around the same age im not sure what food to do. please help!!!!!!!

Do all the normal stuff. I don't think age matters. If you want some simple recipes for something different to go with the normal stuff let us know and I'm sure you'll get plenty of responces
Sainsbury's do platters of sandwiches and buffett foods a a very reasonable price. I did this for my wedding reception and they had various kinds of foods includng vegetarian and meat. By the time you have bought all the stuff you may as well pay a tiny amount extra for someone else to do it.

As for other ideas if you dont want that. I get loads of jacket potatoes, when cooked scrape out all the insides mash with a little butter and cheese and spring and put back in there skins. Toast under grill......... very yummy
