Simple, quick and easy to do snacks for a BBQ party.

Not food you actually put on the BBQ but stuff you can have cold with your pasta salad and new pototoes.

I usually do some honey roasted new potatoes, dried apricots wrapped in bacon and oven baked and brie and cranberry sauce wontons.

What other suggestions do you have that can be served hot or cold, done fairly easily and will be liked by most.

Corn on the cob cooked on the grill is a favorite of mine. You can dress it with lime juice & chili powder or any herb/spice combination you enjoy - and of course melted butter is always good.
Falafel
Toast pitta bead cut into strips
Crudites
Houmous/Salsa for dipping
potato wedges
potato salad/coleslaw
Stuffed peppers/tomatoes/mushrooms

All can be prepared beforehand.

Also, you musn't forget the banana's to barbeque with chocolate or toffee sauce & marshmallows!

Another one i was going to try was stuffed new potatoes.....boil small new potatoes until just tender. Then with a melon baller, remove the centre of the spud and fill with a choice of filling. Put on a baking tray and pop in the over to finnish cooking.

Soft sheese with chopped ham and chives was a filling i was going to use.

Please keep the ideas coming
Slice up some peppers and put them on the BBQ with the main course food, they go great with anything. I know it's not an answer to your question but they taste great.
