Could anyone tell me the price (�) of Quaker Instant Oatmeal and of what quantity? Also, if possible the nutritional information. (Cals, Protein, Carbs and Fat) Much appreciated.

Dunno but its a brilliant start to the day and stops you feeling hungry until lunchtime ! When I want to watch my weight I make it with more water than milk and it still tastes lovely (this is the Oat So Simple I am talking about)

To be honest I've never even tried oatmeal before. I'm interested in it as an ingredient for making home made meal replacement bars.

Hi Randolph, there's a site for the Quaker nutritional information here - it's an American site, but I'm sure the NI will be similar. Sorry, I don't know the price, but you could probably get that from one of the supermarket sites. Good luck!
