Does anyone have this recipe? it was in the set of marguerite pattens recipes, you know they were around in the 1960's and you got a new batch posted every month?

it was a thick cheesy cakey pastry with sliced apples on top sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Hi mata - if you go to the cooksrecipes site and enter the search for 'american apple cake' you'll get a few options so see what looks best - and make one for the ABers too whle you're baking of course!!
