http://www.astray.com/recipes/?search=beets 431recipes here for the beets, plus change search term for other ingredients.

Whenever someone asks for recipe suggestions, my first thought is always the BBC website:

I've just put 'celeriac recipe' (without the quote marks) into the search box and found loads of suggestions. I'm sure that you can do the same for the other ingredients.

Chris.

PS: I don't normally criticize people's spelling but, just so that you can get the searches to work, I'll point out that it's 'celeriac' ('i' before 'a') and 'celery' (no 'e' between 'r' and 'y').
