Me and my friends from uni recently made pancakes with flour which we later discovered was out of date by about a year and a half. We are now concerned that there may have been weevils in the flour. What happens to your digestive system if you eat weevils!?

Your digestive system would probably enjoy the extra nutrients and process them.

Extra protien is good for you!

you would have noticed the weevils they are small and black and get everywhere it you didnt see any I don't think that you would have eaten any! but they don't do anything to your digestve system they are only small insects people eat crickets etc with no trouble hope that puts your mind at rest :-)
