...a range of soft drinks in the '70s that featured a Polar bear, I think he was called 'Frothy Bear' or something like that. His catchphase was "It's Frothy Man."

They were revoltingly sweet and flourescent coloured as well. How many chemicals were in them I dread to think, but you could have fun shaking the can and pulling the ringpull to see how far the jet of froth flew. Or was that just me? They had a comic for a while as well, with cheeky antics of the bear.


I think he grew up into George, the 'Follow the Bear' bear off the beer ads, didn't he?

You can still buy cresta lemonade, in 2 litres bottles, and it still has a polar bear on the front.
