Anyone have a recipe for apple crumble which doesn't have a lot of apple chunks but which has a lot of soft crumble?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Why not just adapt the recipe you already use, using less apple and more crumble?

Are you stewing the apple first? That's one way to get rid of the biggest lumps...

Some people use actual breadcrumbs, but I find that the best (and yummiest!) crumble mixture is butter, self-raising flour and sugar. I also like to add oats or oatmeal from time to time to give it a more substantial feel. Delicious!
