morning, Saturday and the weekend is here, I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today? I have nothing in the calendar as such, but will see what the weather does. Todays forecast for the capital is 20c mostly cloudy, pretty much the same as yesterday.

i might watch the women's tennis at Eastbourne, it's finals day i believe. if not and the weather is better than predicted will find a sandwich and go and sit in the local garden.

Morning, Emmie. It's Saturday, so my sister as usual will bring me up some shopping and as it's going to be sunny and 26 we'll sit on the balcony, have a couple of beers, and contemplate upon the activity around town.

morning Sanmac, sounds a nice way to spend some time. I could do with going back to bed, as i have been awake for hours, it's very humid so hard to stay asleep.

You should buy an oscillating tower fan which are really quiet and have various speeds.

i should but as soon as its late enough around 9am i will open the front door to let the air in for a while.

OK, Emmie, but opening a door at 9am does not help you to get much needed sleep earlier in the morning.

true Mac, i think that the sleep pattern has gone to pot no matter the weather, so i will stop fretting over it and get on with the day.

You're right about sleep-patterns changing as it's only relatively recent that I have been staying up after midnight. I used to go to bed around 10pm every night and get up around 7 or 8am.

me too, but now i go to bed earlier, but am awake earlier, i don't worry too much if i get 6 hours all in, that's usually enough for now.
