I'm about to make up some bubble n squeak pattie cakes. Then I'm going to freeze them.
When needed, would it be ok to put in oven from frozen?

Ha ha! Seriously tho...
Would it be best to make them up uncooked, then maybe slowly fry them from frozen?

"[Q] Can You Freeze Bubble & Squeak?

[A] Yes – simply portion it up in any freezer bag or box and put it in the freezer! When cooking, you can cook it from frozen, but you’ll need to add about 10 minutes to your cooking time to ensure it’s not frozen in the middle still. It’s better if you can defrost the bubble & squeak before cooking it."

"How to Cook Bubble and Squeak From Frozen
This is the simplest method to use your frozen bubble and squeak. Just take it out of the freezer and fry it up slowly. Using this method means you don’t have to fry up your bubble and squeak before freezing and you still get that lovely fried taste and texture"

All the same (if anyone could persuade me to eat the revolting stuff in the first place), I'd defrost it in the microwave first myself.
Poor mice - cooked and squeaked....there are better beasties as in grilled hedgehogs and then served with a good wine

Thanks Buen. Very helpful:-)
Gosh, I haven't had that since my youth in the Fifties, and I used to love "the revolting stuff" LOL

Thanks for the recipe link Chris, I think I'll give it a try. I'll become a born-again Bubble-and-Squeakie ;-)

Delicious with an egg on top!..
Should be OK. I make them for OH whenever I have the required leftovers. Sticking to the oven-tray may be a problem, so I would suggest greaseproof paper underneath. Obviously, you'll allow greater time to heat through.

Thanks Jourdain :-)
Well, I made some today - very tasty. And some in the freezer for later, so that's a bonus.

First I've had for some sixty years. Where does the time go ?

Glad you enjoyed them, Canary. We had some last night with sausages & salad. Very nice. Just gave rest of mixture to daughter.
