If the lamb shanks are nice, there's a good chance the short ribs will be also. I'll let you know. ;)

Love the lamb shanks, Pasta. We had the Aldi boneless beef ribs tonight and were a bit disappointed. They have a whiskey glaze so that may have made a difference to the taste which wasn't great. Do let us know if you try the short ribs.

Had the beef short ribs today. Very hearty. Meat was tender and fell off the rib. I added a glass of red wine to enrich the sauce. Delicious.
