If you're having a turkey and trimmings meal with starters, main and pudding/dessert/cheeseboard etc., do you have breakfast in the morning?

I don't as I'd be too full. Just a couple of coffees for me then I'm done.

I hardly ever eat breakfast. Even if I get up really early (e.g. 4am), I often can't face any food at all until around mid-afternoon. So I doubt that I'll eat much before I go out tomorrow morning. (I might possibly have had some cheese and biscuits, with Black Bomber cheddar or similar, if I hadn't left it too late to get to a shop selling decent cheese today. It's the one thing on my Christmas food shopping list that I've not got and I'm already missing it!)
When I was young, a half grapefruit was our ‘special’ Christmas breakfast. What a treat!

Now I have a bit of toast before I crack on with preparing the dinner.
The late MrG loved Christmas traditions, Tiggs, so we always had Christmas breakfast before opening presents. Drove me nuts when we met so I convinced him that in Ireland we open presents on Christmas Eve.
I thought that you opened your Christmas presents as soon as you could find the bottle opener, Gness ;-)
We’re have having an early ish brunch tomorrow, about ten or thereabouts, of black pud, poached eggs, English toasted muffins, and hollandaise sauce.
The main event, Christmas dinner, will be served, somewhere between 4.30 and 5.30, so all the youngsters can eat with us..something we all feel is important. Thank goodness for Ikea high chairs.. :)
I agree no brekkie. It is just too much. We will have mimosas.
Ferrero Rocher in bed with tea then bacon or sausage rolls.
Oh Lord! Don't you start, Chris! We do get lots of bottled gifts from UK family now and Dave gets instructions....don't let Mum get at this before Christmas!
I adore beyond anything else Ferrero Rocher. This may mean I have to get into bed with Douglas. :-(
Always used to be cold boiled bacon, poached eggs and piccallili, and Christmas dinner was at 1 pm sharp. Tea at 5 pm then a pile of sandwiches after 9pm. Add in nuts, chocolates and fruit....Boxing day was a write off

My metabolism isn't what it used to be :o(
When son was young, it was always our tradition to have hot dogs for breakfast on Christmas day. I believe son has carried on with that tradition. Nowadays I can't face eating breakfast before midday every day. So often breakfast is lunch. Dinner at night is the only meal I enjoy!
Bacon sarnie about ten, this turkey dinner about 3. Picky snacks during the evening interspersed with choccies and potato sticks with a few little bottles of Bud or St Miguel. But I don't 'do' Christmas!
We don't do Christmas any more. But it will be a nice steak dinner in the evening..
Lottie, we do Christmas for others, rather than ourselves. We’ve had a few ‘alternative’ ones, not due to COVID but circumstances, and have enjoyed them too.
I’d really, really, like someone else to ‘do Christmas’ for us as my back and energy are flagging :/
Hubby does most of the cooking now Vagus. I can only stand for a fewminutes without my back giving out. To be honest I'm physically and mentally worn out? I wasn't good before, but my bathroom fall has taken its toll. I could quite easily sleep all Christmas day. Son and wife don't do Christmas. All we do is exchange gifts, then they go off for a picnic, usually to the beach!
I start off my day everyday during the year with Farleys rusks and ginger biscuits.
That's good, Music...you'll not be bloated.
A bowl of porridge, as usual.
