There is not enough veg in that 5 a day burger to count. Five different veg isn't enough - it has to be five proper portions of veg.
One portion is 3 heaped tablespoons of cooked veg such as carrots, sweetcorn, peas; 8 cauliflower florets; 7 cherry tomatoes; 4 heaped tablespoons of cabbage.

I tried Roadman, maybe someone has a better answer.
Those meals are a great way to eat a variety veg, Mamya, and are perfect if you are going to eat three meals a day but to get five portions of veg in one meal would need a very big plate :D

roadman, the five a day can include fruit, too. If you had three good portions of veg for dinner, fruit as a snack or on your breakfast cereal and beans on toast for lunch you've cracked your five a day. (Baked beans does count). I like a lot of mushrooms and peppers in an omelette for a quick lunch. Tinned tomatoes count, too - some people like them on toast for a snack.
I like this vegetable chilli recipe but I add mushrooms
