Sausage and mash with onion gravy and broccoli.

Just about to make some melba toast to go with a nice pate and very thinly sliced cucumber. We had a roast chicken dinner at lunch time, so just something light for supper.

Oooo pate with apple sauce is lush

I had pork chops with nando rub on it, swede and green beans, few potatoes, but that wasn't what was tickling my tastebuds, I wanted a chicken curry ..tomorrow - I'll prob make that

We are having cod loins baked over med veg with a lemony parsley crumb on top......and chips.

Linda McCartney's mozzarella burgers are lovely. I did some at a BBQ and they were more popular than the meat ones. Her veggie sausages with red onion and rosemary are really good too.
