What's your tipple tonight folks?
Raspberry cordial.
Sipsmiths, on the rocks and a slice of lime - no tonic, that smooth.

For dinner, a St Julia an Argie Malbec and excellent value @ £7-50 from Mr. David Sainsbury et al.
I don’t like the smell of gin, smells like hairspray , bleughhh :0(
Same old same old, first of the week just now , the old grey goose and coke
How that 'Dog' destroyed the palate - if there is one smooth gin out there, it's a Sipsmith's.....akin to a Hennessy XO Cognac versus a Remy Fine Champagne Brandy as in one burns the throat, yet the other doesn't....

You and I are opposites, Bobbi. I can't stand Vodka.

DT, you just took me back to when OH and I first started dating. On our fifth date we went to the BBC Good Food Show and that's where I first tasted and purchased Sipsmith.
Three cans of Faxe 10% beer.
I’ll be asking for ‘special ‘ dinner recipes for my up and coming staycation in July, I’d like to do something very special with a theme
Question Author
That's seriously strong beer, Sanmac...

Like a dinner party type thing, Bobbi?
The average Canadian beer is 7%. What is the average British beer, LadyCG?
About 5%
I have to say that I find Vodka tasteless and the question is why?

Now this one has some flavour, Black Chinggis, from Mongolia - but if you want something 'original' try the Airag....a fermented and distilled version of goat's milk.... ye-uck!

Thanks, ummmm. I guess that's why LadyCG considers it to be strong.
I find sipsmiths overrated, we did the distillery tour and tasting, and tasted a fair few that don’t make it any further.
I like really gin tasting gins, none of your flavoured stuff or subtle tastes.
My favourite is Bathtub, followed by Gin Gold, followed by a hefty Gordon’s.
Your average British beer is less than 4%, though you can get stronger ones
