Depends what you want to do with it? 'Arran Chicken' - Chicken breast with smoked salmon and goats cheese - uses a semi soft cheese. 'Beetroot with goats cheese and orange juice' uses a hard cheese melted under a grill'

Hansus Cottage Cheeses at Winchester Farmers' Market, have soft goats cheese with flavourings direct from the goat. Try the cranberry version.

Your local farm shop will advise or try a good deli. Or have a look at http://www.cnwc-goats.co.uk/products/merlin.htm for online shop

You can get some nice feta cheese which is made by goats in the supermarkets. Be careful because some shops sell feta cheese made by sheeps also, please check the label.
My fave is Berkswell it's a hard cheese similar to parmesan and the nicest soft cheese is Capricorn English (a small individual round shape)
