A bit of basic wine knowledge ought to eliminate most of those options. (e.g. nearly all of the vines in Rioja are Tempranillo, which certainly isn't going to be mega-expensive). The Assyrtiko grapes grown on Santorini would seem to be the most likely, as Victoria Moore's own column in the Daily Telegraph (where the quiz comes from) would seem to confirm:

Tempranillo grape is a red wine variety. You can get white Rioja. Made from Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha blanca grape.
