What are you having/ had for lunch today?

I've got watercress and coconut soup. Lightly sauteed onion and potato with added vegetable stock and coconut milk and fresh pureed watercress served with soured cream and crusty bread.
Ready any minute now.

OH had soup. I haven't had any lunch.

Tonights dinner will be duck breasts with a spicy cherry sauce, dauphinois potatoes and a mixture of greens. Cherry yogurts for afters.
