Has anyone a tried and tested recipe for mint jelly? I've tried a couple of recipes -one using crab apples as a base, but the results were not minty enough.

Also looking for a tried and tested recipe for hot chilli jam/jelly. Thanks.

Sorry APG I don’t have a recipe for either.
A friend used to make mint jelly in the microwave, it tasted like toothpaste :/
