I usually enjoy snacks on a saturday night and tonight its Mexican style corn fritters.
What would be a good sauce to accompany it, do you think ?

All I could rustle up was cucumber relish, but they was delicious!

Probably would just use mayo, if anything at all,
Wouldn't have spoilt them with cucumber though.
