Due to take effect in Wales March 1st. As a bottle of wine typically contains 10 units. And the price increase is going to be set at a minimum of 50p per unit. The least you can pay for a bottle is £5. Would you expect some supermarkets to start charging over what they charge now, before the increase. ie a bottle costing £6 now On sale after price increase £7. Do you think they would try profiteering to get away with it.

If the £6 wine is only 10 units it'll still be £6 or I'd be taking my bag for life elsewhere.

We've had it up here for a while now and the only profiteering I've seen is from our good friends in the convenience store sector.
