Roast beef, Yorkshires, roast spuds, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots...maybe peas. Depends how many are coming.
Haven't been to the Food Bank yet, will let you know tomorrow.

I wish I could cook good Yorkshires - my Mum could but I can`t
Good grief! You expect me to know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow? Who the hell plans that far ahead! ;-)

Actually it might well be the same as I had for tea tonight, simply because I've got the second half of a can of stewed steak to use up, along with some of the rest of the tin of sliced mushrooms I opened at the same time. If so, I'll chuck those in a saucepan with a splash of red wine again, heat the lot up and serve with a well-buttered jacket potato. Then I'll follow it with some raspberries (fresh if the local Co-op, has got some available, canned otherwise), served with ice cream.

I really know how to live, don't I ? ;-)
You need equal amounts of everything - break the eggs first and then use the same volume of milk and flour and plenty of salt (got this from an actual chef and it works every time),
Beef, 4 veg, roasties, y pudding ,gravy followed by rhubarb crumble and custard
Whoa, a little premature is it not?
I have taken out pork chops to defrost and haven't decided yet how they will be cooked.

When my Mum died I kept her yorkshire pudding dishes. I have never used them though.
237 - it's so easy, honestly.
My Mum never washed her Yorkshire pudding tins in soapy water, always wiped them with a ( then ) cloth

Since Monday night I have eaten - Tuesday, 2 Rich Tea biscuits, Wednesday - 3 Rich Tea biscuits, Thursday 4 Rich Tea biscuits, Friday - Rich Tea biscuits and some After Eights. Today - one scrambled egg on toast and After Eights. Montezumas Revenge has it's silver lining as I have lost half a stone since Monday. I think the roast pork should last for about 3 days.
That doesn't sound good. Hope you're having healthy drinks.
We'll have chipped potatoes with rainbiw side salad.

Ummm Yes, I am now thanks. Felt like death after the last few days but getting better now.
Roast pork here to ( baggsy the crackling ).
Question Author
I`ve never managed to do crackling.
yorkshire pudding. i use two thirds milk and one third water, refrigerate for a couple of hours before using and add teaspoon of olive oil before cooking. coconut oil is good to use in the dish as it does not burnlike butter or fat.
You should give it a go, 237SJ, luvverly.
237 - I think people over complicate things when in fact they are really easy. Crackling, just score the fat, rub in some some salt and oil and bung it in on high for about 20/30 mins. Turn it down and slow cook it and put it back on high for the last 20 mins.
Question Author
As far as I can remember when my Mum cooked Yorkshires, she used a solid white fat. Either aninal or vegetable lard, never oil. I`m not sure I can be bothered really.
