I’ve seen boneless turkey breast joints advertised in Christmas food booklets from various supermarkets. Has anyone tried one of these? Are they still moist when cooked?

I am going to say they are nice. I often buy the marks one when they are in stock...somehow to me though they aren't special.
Yes, stay moist as long as you follow the instructions correctly ! The problem is that a LOT of people overcook them! As they are scared of food poisoning ! (which will NOT happen as long as you just correctly follow the instructions! )

Thank you for the information. M&S was one of the ones I was looking at. I usually buy a turkey crown at Christmas but this looked easier to carve.
The M&S ones are good ! I have had them before. A lot easier than a Turkey and no waste !
We have had a Lidl crown twice and it was very good.

Thanks again for the input.
I agree with Woofy. They're nice, but not nice enough. You can't beat a whole cooked bird for Christmas.
That being said, I'll be buying one this year....no waste and much easier to cook.
How did the turkey move with no bones?
No wonder it was easy to catch.
