The staff, food and atmosphere is a lot better.

Only been to one TGI in my life. Never again. Got order wrong , food was horrible and it took over 2 hours to arrive. I'd have preferred McDonald's.

Not tried Franky and Benny's though I suspect it'd be better than my TGI experience.

take earplugs to Frankie & Bennies as music always way too loud - usually cannot hear myself think! not sure about TGI's but have heard food is great there!

I would say TGIs as it is fun! and they all sing happy birthday to you!!


although i do like F&B too (specially the Italian lessons in the loos!!)
