Maple pecan is my current favourite.
Instead of fudge what about tablet far nicer imo
RR, I love tablet too - but feel it should be pure, unadulterated stuff.
This thread is making my teeth itch. :-(
Vanilla, don’t ruin it with .fancy flavours. ( only my opinion ) :*)
I love rum & raisin fudge. (I probably shouldn't eat it because I'm not meant to consume anything with dried fruit in it but, after seeing this thread, I'm tempted to buy some anyway!)

Some interesting recipe ideas here:

I’ve just had to order some tablet
Rum and Raisin would be my choice.
It's great, but fattening.
Any sensible flavour should be just fine. Maybe websearch fudge for ideas ?
One of the other volunteers at our shop brings Tablet in. I know that I should avoid it but it is just so nice. I will continue to eat it until it stops being brought into the shop. I don't want to upset the volunteer by refusing to eat the lovely, sugary lump of bliss - that would be unkind
What is a tablet? Never heard of it.
It’s butter sugar and condensed milk ummm boiled so it’s sets crisp on the outside and melts in the mouth
It’s Scottish
Buen recipe calls for vanilla tablet should not have vanilla in it
Toffee (aka Tablet) - in the microwave

1lb Caster Sugar (or light brown sugar)
2oz butter
tin of condensed milk (400g tin)

(based on 900w microwave)

Microwave for 3mins
Stir
Microwave 6-7mins (7 for caster, 6 for light brown), stiring when it boils up (brown doesn't boil up as much as caster)

Add vanilla (for caster sugar version if desired)

Add 100g white chocolate (for brown sugar if desired)

Beat 2mins and pour (if adding chocolate it will get thicker faster and sets quicker)
Now I want fudge. I love fudge but I'm supposed to be on a diet. No will power. Going to get some fudge.
I just love all fudge. I bought some today in Aldi..... Hot Cross Bun Flavour Fudge....
Put it by until I needed fudge but when I saw this thread I had to try it....very hot cross bunny...... :-)
G,ness I love fudge as well, but I really wouldn't have a clue how to make some.
Oooh, I love fudge!!! In every flavour especially chocolate.
