Baby Courgettes

Please can you tell me some ways to prepare and cook baby courgettes? Do you cut the tops off and if not are they edible ? Or do you just leave them on because it looks nice. And do you cut them lengthways or leave them whole ?
I love the look of them but never quite know what to do with them. Thanks very much.

The wife tops and tails them splits them lenghwise in two and parboils them. She puts them in n ovenproof dish with some onions sliced and covers them in a cheese sauce.
Bakes them in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling. Sometimes sprinkles breadcrumbs on top.
I'd treat them the same as grown up courgettes ;-)...but I'd not par boil them. They're watery enough as it is. Roasting or pan fried works well with lots of garlic...naybe some chilli.

Parboil courgettes? Now that is odd........
Don't par boil them. As Pasta, they are full of water.

They're nice raw as well.
love them roasted with garlic and a little olive oil
Sliced and fried in batter.
