Crispy Peking duck. It’s from Costco and there’s quite a lot of it. I think it should be as a starter for lots of people but we’re going to demolish the whole lot between us as our main meal. Ages since we’ve had this and really looking forward to it.
Hope you’re having something tasty.

Nothing you want to share with us LCG only you not having wine?????? I am having pork cooked in cider with mash and green beans if it is ready in time. If not that will be tomorrow and I will have a salad.
Don't think i could ever eat Peking Duck. Don't like it being watched while i'm scoffing. :-) Lamb Bhuna for me.
No Rowan. I just overdid it last night.
Chicken curry for us followed by homemade apple pie ..
I had a nice platter for lunch (meats, cheeses, pickles)

Salmon for dinner. Gonna start on it in a few mins.
How are you cooking the salmon ummmm, I love salmon ..
Having a quick warm pitta bread with chicken and salad as I'm off out to the theatre shortly. Never tasted Crispy Peking Duck - must look out for it as it sounds very tasty.

It’s the last Killing Eve isn’t it, hope it wraps up satisfactorily. I only just remembered where I’d seen the actress before, it’s doctor foster, she was the pregnant daughter.
Hope you feel better soon RR.
And hope you all enjoy your meals, I know we will :)
I fry it skin side down.

If it was skinless I'd cook it in the oven wrapped in foil with a bit of butter and a splash of wine.
Simply .. pizza.
Lovely !
That was to ummmm. Gosh, you gotta be quick on here ..
I did salmon the other day which I'd marinated in a spice paste and roasted in oven, served on a lentil spinach and paneer dhal with toasted flaked almonds. It was delish.
I'm trying to empty the freezer. It's not as easy as you think...
Would salmon go well in an omelette?
Hi Ethandron
We are having BBQ spare ribs done in the oven, creamy mash and corn on the cob. Homemade trifle for afters and a bottle of prosecco. The diet has fizzled helped by OH's 'you look alright to me' . It doesn't take much to steer me off the straight and narrow , but I'll start again on Monday.... ;-)
