"cooks Ingredients"

On a recipe I got from Waitrose it calls for 250grams of "cooks ingredients" what does this mean please?

Waitrose uses "Cooks' Ingredients" as the name for a range of their products, so I'd expect something else (such as "diced onion") to follow that term in a recipe:

Cooks ingredients is a brand at Waitrose so what does the next line say?
Waitrose sends me money off vouchers: trouble is they imply I should feed the whole street on Waitrose fare to qualify :-(
All the Supermarkets do that O_G - sometimes worth doing a 1st time shop to stock up on non perishable items.

Yes, I get it now, the next line was flat leaf parsley. They are just promoting their "cooks ingredients" brand. Thanks everyone.
