We have been give a haggis. I know of neeps and tatties but a friend suggested a whiskey sauce to accompany it. Never heard of it myself. Anyone here with a recipeany thanks

I'd just add a drop of the hard stuff to the haggis myself but, since you asked . . .

If you're talking about Scotch then it's "whisky". "Whiskey" is from Ireland but might be a decent substitute.

Hi folks and thanks for the responses. I've always imagined haggis being served like Black Pudding, in slices. The pictures with the two recipes have enlightened me! There is enough for me to go at here. Thanks again. I am looking forward to the meal.
