English garden...gin, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and cloudy apple juice. Only have the gin, tonic and lime juice though, so will have to put up with a g&t.

All the usual holiday ones but only in those countries (pina colada, pain killer etc) The other week I had some left over mango pulp from making ice cream so decided to make them into margaritas. 50ml tequila, 25ml triple sec, juice of half a lime and a good dollop of the mango. They were gorgeous. I had a friend staying and we came home from a Bryan Ferry concert and polished off 4 or 5 of those each which was a great way to end the evening.

Mine's very simple - a good measure of either Bulleit, Buffalo Trace or Jim Beam bourbons with lots of ice - simples !!

Aperol Spritz (aka Veneziano) is lovely, Patsy - preferably drunk under a shady tree in Bolzano whilst watching the girls (or boys - your choice) go by

Just a gin and tonic for me, thanks. Or a Bloody Mary with all the bits like Worcestershire sauce and celery salt. I'd like to try a martini sometime.

Vodkatini is the way to go, Cloverjo - very clean, dry taste (as long as you don't overdo the Martini).
